I discovered my passion for pottery in the spring of 2022. I love getting lost in the process, stretching my skills and exploring my creativity.

There are so many unpredictable variables in ceramics, it continues to teach me patience and to be open to any outcome. I'm learning to hold onto loose expectations, to relax and enjoy the journey - both in and out of the studio.

All the steps involved in making my ceramic pieces are layered with love. Beginning with selecting the clay body, then preparing the clay, “throwing” on the pottery wheel or hand building, trimming, bisque firing, sanding, glazing and then finally to the glaze firing. Each step is done intentionally and thoroughly enjoyed!
